Oversee daily operations of automotive workshops in Bangkok and Yangon, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
Lead and manage a team of service advisors, mechanics, and support staff to meet performance KPIs including turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Handle customer escalations and ensure high service quality, while resolving operational challenges between workshop and customer service.
Control budgets, inventory, and procurement processes, including sourcing new suppliers and managing spare parts supply chain.
Drive operational improvements, mentor staff, and present performance reports to the Managing Director.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in mechanical car repair and workshop operations, ideally with exposure to luxury or sports car servicing.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse technical team.
Business-owner mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction, time management, and service quality.
Familiarity with supply chain management and technical support coordination across international partners (China, USA, SG).
Ability to work across locations (Bangkok and Myanmar), with effective communication skills in English and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
