Sales document supporting, proofing, and formatting (e.g., Quotation, Letter) Data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving.
Managing and handling product storage.
Monitor government and private hospital tender announcements (e.g., e-GP, GPO, NHSO, provincial hospitals).
Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Liaise with sales, marketing, regulatory, legal, finance, and supply chain to gather necessary documents and information for tenders.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender submissions and manage timelines and deadlines effectively.
Analyze tender outcomes and provide feedback to commercial and pricing teams.
Maintain a database of tender history, pricing records, and submission
outcomes for internal reference.
Coordinate with local distributors regarding tender-related documentation and sample drug deliveries to ensure timely submission and compliance with
customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in the tender submission cycle. Ensure post-tender documentation (e.g., contracts, PO follow-ups) is complete and aligned with internal policies.
