- Oversee daily HR operations for on-site/blue-collar employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and HR administration.
- Provide HR support for specific and ad-hoc operational projects.
- Ensure fair and legal disciplinary processes.
- Communicate HR policies and updates effectively across multiple sites.
- Foster strong employee and labor union relations aligned with company policies.
- Manage compliance with anti-drug and White Factory initiatives per labor regulations.
- Lead HR teams across sites to deliver timely and quality HR services.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employee matters.
Other related tasks as assigned.ãQualificationã
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Law, Political Science, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and MS Office.
- Willing to travel to operational sites.ãAllowance & Benefitã
