Market Research Analyst / Consumer Insight (Beauty Products)Conduct market and consumer research in the beauty industry to provide actionable insights that support business and marketing strategies.🔎 ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.Prepare and present business insights and consumer analysis to management, with recommendations to improve business performance.Evaluate project/strategy effectiveness, conduct SWOT analyses, and report progress regularly.Utilize data to strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to acquire new customers.Research and analyze beauty industry trends as well as adjacent sectors to support marketing plans and business development initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.🎯 QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Experience in Market Research / Consumer Insight / Business Analyst roles (preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and a growth mindset.Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or online marketing will be an advantage.👨💼 Reporting to: CEO🕙 Working Hours:Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMWFH available 1 day/week💼 BenefitsProvident FundHealth insuranceMonthly attendance allowanceTransportation allowance (THB 1,000/month)Annual leave: 8 - 15 days/yearCompany party & events
