- Plan and execute digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LINE Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Interpret business goals and translate them into media plans with clear objectives and KPIs
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns with strong attention to detail and real-time performance
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop campaign materials that perform across platforms
- Provide clear reporting, insight analysis, and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Stay on top of digital media trends, ad formats, and platform updates to ensure high competitiveness and campaign innovation
- Support omnichannel initiatives that connect digital engagement to offline traffic and in-store performance
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related platforms
- Deep understanding of ad objectives, targeting strategies, bidding, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform dashboards
- Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods preferred
- Comfortable working at a fast pace, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and eager to take full ownership of ad performance
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
