We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to drive revenue growth, expand business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across multiple service offerings. The role involves leading a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for clients.Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand business across various service lines
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team to enhance capabilities, ensure goal alignment, and foster career development
Explore and capture new market opportunities across services such as warehousing, transportation and distribution, customer service, and industrial products/services
Oversee business development initiatives for technology-driven solutions, including GPS and IoT-based applications
Build and strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, manage pipeline reviews, and present reports to senior management
Represent the company in high-level negotiations with key clients and business partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
8-10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics, services, or industrial sectors
Strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable business growth
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
Strong communication skills in English
