As a Flight Operation Assistant, you’ll be a key support for our crew and ground teams, keeping every flight on track and well-prepared.WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:Pre-Flight Support: Keep a close eye on weather (TAF/METAR) and NOTAMS, ensuring flight crews are well-informed.Operations Coordination: Manage flight movement information, log data for each aircraft, and coordinate with ATC, AOT, and Load Control.Briefing Preparation: Assist our Flight Operations Officers in compiling comprehensive briefing packages for flight crews.Documentation Management: Ensure all daily post-flight documents are compiled and organized.Problem Solving: Tackle any operational issues that arise with speed and efficiency.WHO YOU ARE:Education: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Airline Management, or a related field.Collaborative & Autonomous: You can work independently within a team environment, showing a strong, dynamic work ethic.Expert Communicator: You possess excellent coordination and communication skills.Fluent in English: You have a fluent command of written, spoken, and reading English.Tech Savvy: You're proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.Master of Multi-tasking: You have a proven ability to prioritize your workload in a fast-paced environment.Shift Ready: You're able to work on shift.WHERE YOU’LL GO:Dispatcher to captain, ramp agent to data analyst, brand executive to CEO - these are some Dare To Dream stories of our Allstars.Start your career in the heart of flight operations!
