100% complete monitoring yes files align with OIC Regulations and sales script with no complaint case from customer about sales quality.
Monitor no files (Unsuccessful cases) with summary report, at least minimum 5 Cases/Working days.
Clear QC pending cases by the end of the month (Paid case only). Pending status cases must not over 0-5%
Provide the quality check list and barrier of sales skills to direct supervisor.
Analyze data after complete voice file checking in order to identify the sale improvement.
