Supervise and manage all aspects of machine and utilities maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of production equipment.
Plan and execute both preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for critical production machinery, including extruders, dryers, conveyors, and packaging machines.
Develop and implement comprehensive PM programs for utility systems, such as boilers, chillers, compressed air systems, HVAC, and water treatment, to ensure reliability and compliance.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations related to maintenance and utilities operations.
Train and mentor machine maintenance technicians to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Leverage knowledge of PLCs and automation systems to improve troubleshooting and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of production machinery and utility systems (e.g., extruders, dryers, conveyors, packaging equipment, boilers, chillers, air compressors).
Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) will be an advantage.
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration.
