Lead the sales team to meet volume and profit targets through coaching, customer engagement, technical support, and cross-functional coordination.
Drive growth by identifying new customers, exploring market opportunities, managing sales channels, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Oversee procurement of key materials to support operational efficiency and cost control.
Develop business plans, monitor performance metrics, analyse trends (product, demand, supply, competitors), and implement improvement strategies.
Create segmentation and targeting strategies, conduct SWOT analysis, manage pricing and CRM systems, and lead data-driven forecasting to optimise profitability.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, or Business Administration
Over 10 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing ideally in the emulsion wax, speciality wax, tire & rubber sector or any related fields.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Self-driven, disciplined, proactive professional with good communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
