- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation, product launches, and commercial calendar execution.
- Drive supplier innovation and leverage market insights to enhance value delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Procurement, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in senior procurement or agency roles with a strong focus on A&M categories.
- Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply market dynamics.
- CIPSA or equivalent procurement certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex negotiations.
- Skilled in contract management, risk analysis, and commercial governance.
