  • 10+ years of experience in senior procurement or agency roles with a strong focus on A&M categories.
  • Deep expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply market dynamics.
  • CIPSA or equivalent procurement certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex negotiations.
  • Skilled in contract management, risk analysis, and commercial governance.
