Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the loading and unloading operations for raw materials and finished goods. - Coordinate daily loading schedules to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. - Ensure all loading activities comply with safety, hygiene, and company standards. - Verify the accuracy of shipment quantities and the condition of goods before dispatch. - Communicate and coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams. - Manage and monitor loading staff, including assigning tasks and performance evaluation. - Maintain proper documentation of loading records and daily reports. - Investigate and resolve loading errors, delays, or damages. - Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment and areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields. - At least 4 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics management, and inventory control in a manufacturing company. - At least 1 year of experience at a supervisor/management level with subordinates - Knowledge of loading processes and shipping documentation. - Proficient in MS Office - Able to perform physical tasks when necessary.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- A Forklift license is an advantage. - Experience in the Food industry - Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees
