- Our client is a leading global company, dedicated to creating high quality impactful experiences with big ticket clients.
- Staff is 80 in the office and they have 2 days work from home allowed ( this is subject to some busy periods where employees would be required to come in 5 days).
- We are looking for a dynamic senior HR Manager to join the team to help them continue to grow and succeed.
- The leadership is a mix of young and senior people managers and the HR lead will play a pivotal part in influencing them to adopt best practices
- This role will have 1 person reporting to them ( Team of 2)
- Our client conduct background checks before making an offer as part of their global process
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business regional strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and on boarding including managing some agencies
- Bridge day to day tasks with big picture thinking, step in when issues arise with a proactive and solution minded approach
- Ensure Workday compliance and data management across different functions.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
- Nurture a positive working environment and promote corporate values.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain C&B and performance management programs in place.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage On boarding / Off boarding along with driving culture, employee engagement and DEI initiatives
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience with a mid sized global MNC, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply as long as they have Corporate HR management experience
- Excellent English and Thai communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR best practice
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Workday will be a clear advantage, if not then experience working on HRM software
