This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected and growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bangkok, working as part of their dynamic cost and commercial team.The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have:
A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential)
A minimum of 5 years industry experience post-graduation (Essential)
Experience working on Data Centres and/or Hospitality projects (Essential)
Experience working on projects in the UK or mainland Europe (Essential)
Longevity in previous and current roles – a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
Must be located in Thailand or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country
