Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a back-office operations function within a global organization. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring service delivery, and implementing continuous improvements across regional teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a specialized back-office operational function, ensuring service commitments and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Standardize processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional management and global process owners to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards within the operational scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and change management within service delivery.
  • Maintain external benchmarking and industry awareness to adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and talent development for a team of approximately 20 direct and indirect reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 8 years of professional experience in global shared services or back-office operations, with at least 6 years in managerial roles.Experience in managing operations related to finance, invoicing, customs documentation, or administrative processes is highly desirable.Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive operational improvements.
