Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans from initiation to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation.
Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget by setting milestones, allocating resources, and tracking construction progress.
Supervise daily activities on-site, including monitoring contractors, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Review and coordinate design documents with architects, engineers, and surveyors.
Maintain regular communication and attend meetings with consultants, stakeholders, and project representatives to provide updates and manage expectations.
Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other project team members.
Proactively address and resolve any unexpected challenges that arise during project execution.
Prepare monthly expense reports by comparing actual spending with budget forecasts.
Qualifications:
Over 7 years of experience in construction management, specifically with projects related to malls or community malls.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and management skills.
Ability to analyze data and communicate key findings effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and securing regulatory approvals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Advanced knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong ability to coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders, consultants, and on-site personnel.
