Provide daily consultation to the Site Leader, Pillar Owners, Department Managers, teams, and individuals.
Manage the change process and successfully implement operations efficiency across all factory departments, a critical factor in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct daily consultative reviews with teams and individuals on small group activities.
Accountable for promoting workplace health and safety, quality and commitments, Environmental preservation, and Compliance
Ensure work processes are established to support consistent reapplication and common standards.
Maintain and track progress against the operations efficiency master plan.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Extensive knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Safety, Environmental Systems, Lean Mastery, and Six Sigma.
Excellent coaching skills, adaptable to various situations.
Proficient in project management, including risk analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
