As Senior Production Supervisor, you will lead day-to-day production operations to ensure output meets quality, safety, and customer requirements. You will manage production processes, coordinate across departments, and lead teams to maintain high performance, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with global food safety and quality standards.What you will do :Ensure production processes comply with FSSC22000, HACCP, HALAL, Kosher, ISO9001, ISO14001, GHPs, and Non-GMO standardsManage process control, staff supervision, and quality targets to ensure smooth and efficient operationsControl production costs (supplies, packaging, direct and indirect consumption) in line with monthly targetsCollaborate effectively with QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operationsLead process improvement, problem solving, and troubleshooting initiatives based on IPS implementationMonitor risks affecting worker safety, food safety, or the working environment and establish corrective/preventive actionsMaintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards to ensure plant readiness for audits and customer visitsWhat you will bring :Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields in productionMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in chemical-based manufacturing (experience in starch, sweetener, or food manufacturing is an advantage)Strong knowledge of EHS compliance and quality management systemsGood computer literacy and reporting skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenWho you are :Strong leader with people management and team motivation skillsResults-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skillsAdaptable and flexible, able to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectivelyCollaborative and capable of building strong relationships with cross-functional teamsBusiness-minded with cost-benefit awareness and continuous improvement focusWhy Join Ingredion?
