Production Manager (Medical Devices)

• Oversee daily production operations to meet factory commitments on productivity, loading, output, yield, quality, and unit cost targets.
• Lead and manage area team leaders, supporting their development to achieve manager-level skills.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Production Engineering, and other production functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom environment controls and production standards for medical devices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in performance management, manpower utilization, cost control, and employee development.
• Reinforce accountability, promote teamwork, encourage innovative ideas, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate resources effectively to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in manufacturing, including a minimum of 3 years in medical device manufacturing.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and environmental control requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated skills in performance tracking, manpower management, cost optimization, and team development.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel 10 - 20% as required.
