- Lead MEP design and execution within project scope, budget, and timeline
- Monitor MEP progress and resolve on-site challenges
- Supervise engineers, technicians, vendors, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and conduct quality inspections
- Review MEP drawings and contribute to layout and fit-out plans
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and value engineering proposals
- Incorporate sustainable practices (LEED, WELL, Green building standards)
- Identify and manage project risks proactively
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of MEP experience in commercial and residential construction
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and Civil 3D
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with sustainable MEP practices
