This is also including providing technical guidance across functions in-depth knowledge for problem-solving and deliver engineering solution for new product market launch.About the role - you will:

Be responsible to launch products per strategic Time-to-Market roadmap schedule and achieve the objectives of Operational Effectiveness of Yield, Test Time, Quality and Customer Satisfaction for long run sustainability.
Failure analysis to find root cause of design/manufacturing problem and initiate new technical engineering idea for solution and improve yield & quality.
Can support and provide technical solution based on engineering knowledge to serve challenging business task.

About you:

Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, people management and presentation skills
Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update.
Fluent in English communication both spoken and written.
Energetic and passionate

Your experience includes:

Understand basic knowledge of Hard Disk Drive fundamental.
Well engineering knowledge about Magnetic properties and Laser Technology
Data Analytics to support Global trends.
Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, and Visual C
