Lertlah School is seeking energetic and experienced teachers to join our team! We are looking for kindergarten and primary teachers with native English-speaking fluency who are team players and ready for an exciting opportunity.
Pay is commensurate with education and experience; 40,000/month is the minimum income.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate and plan exciting and engaging lessons that are age and skill appropriate
- Plan lessons and assessments according to curriculum outcomes
- Set goals with students and work towards these goals
- Instruct students using a variety of resources and a variety of activities
- Assess performance formally and informally in a timely manner
- Keep an organized and orderly classroom that promotes creativity, respect, and learning; use culturally and age appropriate classroom management techniques
- Develop instructional materials beyond textbooks for classroom use
- Be active in the school community and events
- Follow and promote administration and school-wide policies
- Bachelor's degree in education, teaching, or related field preferred; bachelor's degree is required
- Experience working with young children
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Patient and compassionate to young children's needs and emotions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Efficient time management
- Ability to take on many tasks at once and prioritize them
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general teaching technology
