We embrace diversity and inclusion.Position OverviewWe're looking for a manager, who leads a team of business process PM and digitalization specialists in the field of Opportunity to Cash and neighboring processes. The team initiates and manages process improvements and digital solution initiatives using the latest technologies, i.e. artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, business process management solutions.Reporting to the Regional Head of Business Process Management, you will set the direction and take the lead in the process improvement project from identifying the value stream until implementation with the aim to increase efficiency and reduce cost. - The scope of the role is regional and spans across all functions mainly finance/accounting, IT, and Operations
- Lead delivery of initiatives for Opportunity-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Store operations, Marketing; manage program deliverables while maintaining adherence to governance and change management process
- Plan and manage projects to ensure the deliverables are achieved by target timeline and within the budget
- Review and identify business areas for process improvement and make appropriate recommendations for simplification and standardization
- Ensuring compliance with processes and policies post process training
- Lead end-to-end business process review meetings and workshops
- Sets the company wide audit strategy and program to cover both accounting (i.e. AR/AP, GL, BS, NWC, revenues & receivables), and the wider business control environment
- Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.
- Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions
- Keeps abreast of current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and changes in relevant guidance, as applicable
- Communicates audit results to Senior management and the business owners and facilitates action required to remedy issues/risks identified
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area; Finance/Accounting or Business process engineering
- At least 5-7 years of experience in one of the above-mentioned fields, with specific experience of implementing business processes and systems across multiple departments and with a track record to deliver projects
- Ability to project manage key projects with tight deadlines
- Force the pace of decision-making with imperfect information
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders including senior management
- Previous experience with BPM/BPI workflow or software
- Understanding of accounting process flow, including AR/AP GL
- Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-direct and accomplish objectives as part of larger project teams.
