Social Key Account is the liaison office between Intrepid, its clients and TikTok/other social commerce platforms the client is selling on. He/She initiate client’s social strategies according to clients’ objectives particularly in growing their social commerce sales revenue—what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term and ensuring Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.Your responsibilities will include
- Develop overall social commerce, particularly on Tiktok, strategies alongside the brand and as aligned to the marketing/sales strategy, goals, and objectives
- To deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments
- Foster client relationships ensure clients’ needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling the contractual day-to-day duties
- Develop the content and creative strategy that align with client’s commercial strategy
- Design live streaming and marketing campaign strategies and sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members
- Identify and manage KOLs and creators that help drive social media objectives
- Liaise with the performance marketing team to optimize traffic/conversion
- Craft the monthly/quarterly/yearly report, and provide the direction for next step
- Operations capacity and process implementation
- Ensure progressive revenue trend and high overall social media sales performance
- Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate it into annual & monthly activation plans.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, other enablers, or with brands and distributors. 1-2 years of experience in live commerce (livestreaming or short video formats) is highly desirable
- Having experience as a key account manager is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
- Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans.
- Strong passion for live commerce trends — staying up to date on what’s relevant and what compelling content looks like.
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, with a desire to make an impact and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- University degree holder.
- Good in English.
