- Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events in collaboration with Sales, F&B, Culinary, and Operations teams.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution stages.
- Conduct detailed site inspections, pre-event meetings, and post-event evaluations.
- Ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless handover to all departments.
- Anticipate potential issues and resolve them professionally and calmly.
- Continuously improve service standards, operational processes, and guest satisfaction.
- Embrace flexibility in adapting to guest needs, last-minute changes, or high-pressure situations.
- Proven experience in event planning or catering operations in a hotel or resort environment (minimum 3 years).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to turn challenges into opportunities and maintain grace under pressure.
