- Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare annual plan & budgeting and periodical review of consumer mobile business to meet business objectives and KPIs
- Provide the projection & rolling forecast of revenue & key drivers on weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor business performance and provide gap analysis & actionable insights to support strategic decision and KPI achievements
- Monitor competitor movement and provide benchmarking & market insights to assess competitive gap and business implications
- Conduct feasibility studies for strategic projects
