Design architectural works and certify construction permits in compliance with applicable standards and requirements
Plan and prepare design specifications and color schemes
Develop standard details and review installation details
Prepare shop drawings with catalog samples and coordinate with MEP and structural teams to manage detailed work and ensure approval
Prepare and obtain necessary authority applications
Conduct design review meetings to ensure functional design and alignment among all stakeholders
Review and verify design-related quantities for construction cost estimation
Perform site inspections and take corrective actions to resolve any design-related issues
Mentor and guide junior architects to develop their skills and support company growth
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve design-related challenges and report progress accurately to the Section Manager or Technical Manager
Experience requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in the construction field is an advantage
Strong knowledge of architectural principles and civil engineering standards
Proficient in site supervision, managing work variations, and controlling subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with design
Possession of an architect license is a plus
Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Demonstrates leadership and responsibility in daily tasks
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architect or any related fields
English: Internal Communication Level (TOEIC 700 or more is preferred)
