- Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers, both domestic and international, to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and industry news to make informed purchasing decisions and forecast future needs.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain strict quality standards for all products. Conduct regular quality checks and work with suppliers to resolve any issues.
- Compliance: Ensure all sourced products comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HACCP, FDA. Coordinate with Headquarter Quality Control.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and industry partners.
- Logistics: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, managing shipping schedules.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to management.

- Male or Female, Age from 25 years old or above
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience as a buyer, particularly in the food or seafood industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
