• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
• Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making within the finance department.
• Maintain and improve internal controls related to financial reporting.
• Support the implementation of new accounting systems or processes as required.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience working in the retail industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
