Routine Support & Testing - Support routine drive tests and optimization (e.g., benchmarking, feature trials). - Handle walk tests and tuning. - Perform drive/walk tests pre/post installation - Conduct problem area tests and RF optimization. - Troubleshoot and resolve problematic cells within SLA; provide short- and long-term solutions. - Submit analysis reports for each case.
VIP & Customer Requests - Support VIP/user complaints with test and resolution within SLA (incl. weekends). - Support special events and customer-requested tests. - Submit analysis reports for each case.
Interference & Event Testing - Hunt and identify external interference sources; report findings. - Perform event testing, analysis, and performance optimization at key sites. - Submit analysis reports for each case.
