About the CompanyOur client is global hardware company.Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the Director and department heads to support HR needs and initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  • Handle the offboarding process including exit interviews and final documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records via internal HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide HR administrative support and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management or external authorities.
  • Communicate professionally in both Thai and English across all levels of the organization.
Experience requirementsQualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment in IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or internal HR systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
