
HR Executive

- Partner closely with the Director and department heads to support HR needs and initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Handle the offboarding process including exit interviews and final documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records via internal HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs.
- Provide HR administrative support and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management or external authorities.
- Communicate professionally in both Thai and English across all levels of the organization.
- 5-10 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment in IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both Thai and English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or internal HR systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
