To determine what, when and how much to order the raw materials based on actual orders and sales forecast.
To maintain a realistic safety stock level for some key raw materials and packaging.
To issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) of raw materials and pack materials in time to Procurement team bases on planned material requirement, MOQ, lead time and safety time.
To issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) of Liquid products to Purchase bases on Sales & Sales Admin's requirements.
To retrieve material requisition form system as per job order.
To control and analyze inventory to optimize stock level.
To support Production in raw materials requirement bases on MRP result to achieve production and turn time targets.
Confirms material availability for every single ATP (Available to promise) which is requested by Sales Admin team to Sales Admin & Sales team, Procurement and Production planner.
To highlight and expedite the urgent raw material and pack material delivery through Procurement team.
To maintain proper filing system for all sales forecasts and purchase requisitions by coordinating with Demand Planner.
To maintain control on Raw material Floor Stock and analyze material will be expired in the next 3 months with team.
Determine and review safety stock, re-order point for long lead time raw material in order able to prevent the shortfall and delay raw material from suppliers.
Review Master data for Finished Product, Raw material, Pack Material in ERP system(BaaN)
Coordinate with planning staff for calling in the toll blend customers' materials.
Analyze backlog shipments and provide information to concern department for taking action.
Understand and support the company's activities and policies, and also control & development of environmental and safety system to subordinated.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer, Food Sciences or other relate filed.
At least 2 years experienced in planning job in manufacturing.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and computer literacy.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to analyze and challenge independently
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
