Facility Maintenance Engineer

Monitor the operational status of factory equipment and identify potential issues.
Ensure maintenance records (e.g., maintenance sheets) are properly filled and updated.
Improve communication and reporting between maintenance staff and the General Affairs Department.
Coordinate with internal maintenance personnel and external service providers for necessary repairs or inspections.
Analyze equipment performance data and propose preventive maintenance strategies.
Report on regular management on equipment status, issues, and improvement plans.

Experience requirements

Thai native speaker
Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
At least 3 years of experience in facility or equipment management within a manufacturing environment.
Fair command in English
Ability to identify equipment issues and take appropriate action without performing hands-on repairs
