In your new role you will:
- Support production transfer project including change management.
- Sustain Production quality (product & process) aligned with process flow, PFMEA, MFMEA and control plans.
- Ensure that our product quality meets company set-up requirements.
- Feedback and review actions due to quality issues internally and externally.
- Support UPE and EE functions for continuous improvement projects when required.
- Support during internal and customer audits.
- Work on deviations, local site escalation and material quarantine.
- Work with UPE & EE to review internal and external reclamation reports.
- Be responsible for production quality gate set up.
- Perform product failures identification and clarification.
- Other assigned tasks such as capacity expansion as well asI4.0/digitalization QM.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial), Physics or Material Science.
- Minimum 0-5 years experiences in Quality field (QA, QE) or Process engineering function.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and understanding of Problem solving skills (such as PDCA, 8D report, FMEA, MSA and SPC).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
