Job Responsibilities
- Receive and distribute the daily production plan to production operators. - Check the readiness of the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) before, during, and after production. - Monitor production quantity and quality to ensure daily targets are achieved. - Supervise and confirm that subordinates follow standard procedures and work instructions. - Check and control production facilities; troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly. - Train new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures. - Apply new knowledge and provide coaching to enhance employee efficiency and job performance. - Prepare and submit daily and weekly machine performance reports to superiors. - Report employee operations and working hours to superiors. - Calibrate and adjust machine parameters to optimize the production process.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering - At least 3 years of experience in a Production control, QA or QE role from the manufacturing industry (Ceramic or Automotive products) - At least 1 year of experience as a team leader or supervisory - Conversation High level in English (Use with Japanese Management and documents) - Able to work on shift - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
