Lead and manage client projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and strong relationship management.
Exercise sound judgment and appropriate follow-through with clients, colleagues, fund managers, and other service providers.
Proactively contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts.
Take full ownership of all client-related work, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Actively participate in client meetings and presentations.
Stay current with market developments and apply insights to client situations.
Perform annual actuarial valuations for pensions and long-term benefits, including data collection, data analysis, assumption setting, valuation, reporting, and client communication.
Contribute to the strategy and development of thought leadership in retirement and employee benefit plans.
Review analytical work completed by junior team members and serve as the technical reviewer for client deliverables.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
Share and further develop technical expertise within the team.
Work on multi-country projects, requiring knowledge of local statutory and market practices.
Develop tailored solutions and recommendations for client-specific issues, including those related to mergers and acquisitions, benefit plan strategy, design, and implementation.
Collaborate effectively with consultants across other business lines, both locally and globally.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field with a strong mathematical foundation.
Experience in financial services is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits, retirement consulting, or related analysis.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to present in a professional business context.
Proven project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality results.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic knowledge of programming is an advantage.
