Define and manage the monthly and annual CLD objectives for all of the sales personal.
Responsible for the Direct Sales target which is a part of CIMB Alternative Distribution Channels.
Oversee all the roles & responsibilities of PFA, CLD.
Lead team in line with Alternative Distribution Channels, Consumer Banking
