Industry: Electrical Manufacturing (Wires & Cables)Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager to establish and drive our B2B sales operations across the construction, developer, and industrial project segments. This is a newly created role designed to spearhead the company's growth in project-based sales channels, expanding from a primarily traditional trade-driven model.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project sales strategies targeting B2B sectors such as construction contractors, property developers, and project owners.Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage the entire sales process-from lead generation to closing.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, production, logistics) to tailor solutions that meet specific project requirements.Prepare project proposals, bids, and quotations in coordination with technical teams.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, architects, engineers, and procurement managers.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.Set KPIs and build sales infrastructure to scale the project channel in line with long-term business goals.Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to senior management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in project or B2B sales, ideally in electrical products, construction materials, or industrial equipment.Proven track record in initiating and managing project-based accounts.Strong network within the construction or development industry is highly desirable.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Self-driven with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.Additional Information:The company's annual revenue is approximately 3,000 million THB, with project sales currently contributing around 15%.This role will be critical in unlocking new opportunities and expanding the market share in the B2B/project sales space.Details from Email:
