About the CompanyOur client is a well-known company specializing in the Building Materials/ Industrial products sector. They focus on delivering value-added solutions through a robust supply chain and strong technical support. The company is seeking a Project Sales Manager with a strong network in large-scale construction projects, property developers, contractors, and government sectors, with a clear emphasis on building long-term partnerships and ensuring successful project delivery.Job Responsibilities
  • Driving spec-in opportunities: Lead and establish the project sales function from the ground up, focusing on building a strong market presence and expanding the customer base within the building materials and construction sector.
  • Identifying high-potential projects: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for project bidding, pricing models, and market penetration, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Tracking market trends and competitive landscape: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive long-term sustainable growth.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team: Recruit, train, and manage a focused sales/project team, including setting KPIs, evaluating performance, and providing hands-on leadership and coaching to ensure excellence.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with product development, logistics, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Managing project pipeline and reporting: Oversee and report on project pipelines, sales forecasts, and market insights, acting as a key driver of business development with a startup mindset to open new accounts and expand market presence.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers-real estate developers, contractors, government agencies, and design consultants-to secure product specifications and drive early engagement in project planning stages.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading project-based sales and B2B business development, with a strong track record in the construction, real estate, and government sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop project specifications, and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Strong potential to build and manage a team, with an adaptable mindset, forward-thinking approach, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
  • Able to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
  • Fluent in Thai and English
