  • Drive sales growth through both customer retention and new business development.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market trends.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of experienced sales professionals.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with distributors and B2B clients.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, distributors, and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay current with industry regulations, product knowledge, and market developments.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in lubricants sales or related industries (e.g., Chemicals, Oil & Gas).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Good English communication skill.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the lubricants market, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to analyse data and craft effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance standards.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
