Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director with a strong background in HR within the manufacturing sector. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving cultural transformation, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent strategy, succession planning, organizational development, and diversity of workforce expectations. You will serve as a key business partner to the CEO and Executive Management, playing a critical role in shaping the future of the organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and cultural transformation.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and succession planning strategies.
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, compensation & benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Champion organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on transform management and workforce planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR practices.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with the unique needs of a manufacturing environment.
  • Embrace and integrate AI and digital HR tools to enhance workforce planning, analytics, and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in overall HR lead in manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in HR leadership roles within medium to large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and labor law.
  • Demonstrated success in driving culture change and business transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and influence at all levels.
  • Flexible, agile, and passionate about building a future-ready workforce
