The Asia region is one of the fastest growing offices in the global network and this is a unique time to join us as we take the business to the next level and continue to diversify our clients and projects.The ideal candidate will have between 5-8 years experience recruiting external passive candidates for clients and will have experience managing a portfolio of 10-12 searches at a given time across all levels and disciplines.Given our growth, you must be comfortable in functioning in a fast paced environment and will be skilled in delivering quality candidates to the business.The Candidate will have experience either as a Corporate Recruiter or with a recruitment agency, specialising in project, construction or cost management or engineering roles. A plus will be to have experience with global companies and recruiting for multiple roles per project.Job Responsibilities:Reporting into the SEA Talent Acquisition Lead, the successful individual will be responsible for end to end recruitment of all roles in Thailand - to source and screen candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as internet services, job board posting, networking, career/job fairs and professional organizations.This position plays an integral role in building the company's talent pipeline requiring the successful candidate to have great interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.Key responsibilities include:
Manage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidates.
Build the market pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
Develop interview protocols; accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State employment laws.
Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
