Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group Insurance and Vacation leave etc.Key Responsibilities * Operate all in store activation in assigned brand
- Lead and initiate in store activity including POSM development and production across all channels, PC, sampling program and premium.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to align on in store expectation to ensure activation synchronized with brand image.
- Coordinate with cross function teams to ensure plan and execution.
- Monitor and track in store activation and seek room for improvement.
- Deploy activation plan to sales team.
- Manage all administrative support for Trade Marketing Manager (Trade Brand)
- Develop and manage availability of POSM, Premium and sampling.
- Lead all promotional SKU by working closely with demand and supply team to ensure availability of stock i.ecopack instruction, packing material etc.
- Track Sampling Allocation and report weekly.
- Monitor Aging items (sampling).
- Lead PC project by working with agency including recruitment process, defining potential store and conduct brief session.
- Coordinate with other functions to ensure business transaction occur smoothly.
- Ensure in-store execution
- Coordinate with sales team for POSM delivery and installation
- Coordinate with Trade Activation Manager on POSM (address, shipment date, volume summary)
- Update cost of POSM and Decoration, and send to TMKT Manager
- Coordinate with logistic team for all premium & POSM delivery
- Bachelor Degree’s degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
- Good communicator.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office program.
- At least 2-years’ experience in Sales and Trade Marketing coordinator role.
- Potential new graduate with strong leadership will be considered.
