This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping market presence in Thailand and the ASEAN region.Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the sales team to achieve company objectives in Thailand.
Develop and execute territory plans to secure strategic wins, deliver lighthouse projects, and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate closely with solution architects, product teams, and management to capture customer requirements and guide opportunity development.
Partner with marketing and business development teams to execute demand generation activities targeting key accounts in ASEAN.
Co-sell with regional and local partners to maximize conversion and deal success.
Qualifications
Over 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or cloud sales at a leading technology company in the data, infrastructure, or cloud sectors.
Strong network and existing relationships with enterprise customers in ASEAN. Experience with clients in Fintech, Payments, E-Commerce, Retail, Logistics, Gaming, or Digital Natives is a plus.
Knowledge of database and/or cloud computing solutions.
Proven track record engaging senior executives and navigating enterprise decision-making processes.
