-Strengthen governance and build reporting systems in coordination with the Japanese headquarters (parent company)
-Develop internal rules and business processes in compliance with laws and regulations of both the parent company and the Thai subsidiary
-Establish, evaluate, and improve internal control systems for IPO (Initial Public Offering) preparation
-Prepare and submit IPO-related application documents and presentation materials
-Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting, including J-SOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance
-Handle internal and external audits, and implement corrective and preventive measures based on audit findings
-Conduct internal compliance training and manage the whistleblowing system
-Collaborate with various departments to visualize business processes and support risk management
-Create and manage relevant internal policies, manuals, and documentation
-Assist and attend to visitors from the Japanese headquarters【Qualification】
Education: Bachelor's degree
Languages: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Thai
Experience: Not required
