  • Implement accurate tracking using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Proficient in conducting systematic A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, audience targeting strategies, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
  • Build and maintain detailed performance reports in Google Sheets or Excel, using functions, formulas, and data visualisation (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across ads, landing pages, and CRM integrations.
  • Assist with landing page optimisation and automation flows using tools like WordPress and Zapier.
  • Support CRM activities, especially with Zoho, to help streamline lead management and follow-ups.
  • Stay current with ad platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure competitive performance.
