Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in manufacturing operations.
Drive quality improvements through engineering solutions, CAPA support, and audit readiness.
Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time.
Promote a strong customer-focused culture by consistently meeting project commitments.
Manage sample builds for new opportunities, demonstrating manufacturing capabilities.
Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., TPM) to monitor and improve process performance.
Prepare validation protocols (OQ/PQ/PV) for new equipment and processes.
Develop and maintain SOPs and standards in line with change control and compliance requirements
The Successful Applicant
Strong background in process development, continuous improvement, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and statistical tools.
Excellent team management with a proactive and adaptable work attitude
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
Familiarity with ISO and FDA compliance standards
Good command in English
