Foxbith ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นและมีทีมงานชุดแรกในปลายปี 2020 ด้วยความตั้งใจเริ่มแรกว่าเราจะเป็น Software House ที่ทำ Product ให้ดี มีคุณภาพสูง ใช้งานได้ง่าย สวยงาม (Good UX & Aesthetic UI) และมีความเหนือชั้นเมื่อรวมกับเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสม แต่จากการทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม ทำให้เราขยายขอบเขตของความรู้ของเราออกไป ทำให้มีความรู้ทางด้าน Business ที่มากขึ้น จนเรากลายเป็น Digital Consultancy ที่มี Service หลากหลายด้านเราเห็นภาพอย่างหนึ่งว่า แต่ละอุตสาหกรรมมีความสามารถในการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้งานไม่เท่ากัน บางอุตสาหกรรมมีความสามารถในการปรับตัวเก่ง (Hi-Tech) แต่ก็มีอีกหลายอุตสาหกรรมที่ปรับตัวช้ากว่า (Low-Tech) เช่น อุตสาหกรรม Agriculture, Logistics, Manufacturing, Service ฯลฯ ซึ่งหากเปรียบเทียบทั้งจำนวนบริษัทหรือขนาดของอุตสาหกรรมพบว่ากลุ่มที่ปรับตัวได้ช้านั้นมีจำนวนมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ปรับตัวได้เร็วอยู่หลายร้อยเท่าพวกเรา Foxbith ตั้งใจว่า เราจะทำทุกอย่างเพื่อ ลดช่องว่างความเหลื่อมล้ำทางเทคโนโลยีให้แคบลง ทำให้อุตสาหกรรม Low-Tech มีเทคโนยีที่ดี ใช้ได้ง่ายและสวยงาม ทำให้การทำงานของพวกเค้าเป็นเรื่องสนุก เพิ่มความสามารถและกำลังผลิตของพวกเค้าให้เติบโตได้ไม่มีข้อจำกัดลักษณะงาน

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Collaborate with clients to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions

คุณสมบัติ

BSc in IT, computer science or related field
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
