Head, CTA Inhouse and Tele Collection TH

• Oversee day-to-day operations of in-house and tele-collection teams to ensure effective and efficient collection activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize recovery rates while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collection targets, ensuring teams are aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the tele-collection team to build strong performance and capability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Risk, Compliance, Legal, and IT) to support business objectives and risk mitigation.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, such as PDPA, BOT, and internal collection policies.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on collection performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support digital and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage capacity plan to optimize resoures to support business expansion and collection strategy
