Job Category: CreditJob Description:Business Performance and Management - Oversee day-to-day operations of in-house and tele-collection teams to ensure effective and efficient collection activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize recovery rates while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collection targets, ensuring teams are aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop the tele-collection team to build strong performance and capability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Risk, Compliance, Legal, and IT) to support business objectives and risk mitigation.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, such as PDPA, BOT, and internal collection policies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on collection performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Support digital and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
People Management - Manage capacity plan to optimize resoures to support business expansion and collection strategy
- To collaborate with HR on staff recruitment, training and coaching plan and carreer development planning for talent staff.
- Built up team work and team spirit as well as staff's engagements
Regulatory ComplianceEnsure collection staffs have fully complied with the bank's policy, collection's guideline and relevant regulations and laws.
