Job Description :
  • Build and manage good relationship with retail brands
  • Ensure all clients are successfully onboarded on time and deliver KPIs on track
  • Manage to maximize GMV with day-to-day collaboration with client and channels
  • Manage overall account profitability via P&L management
  • Ensure operational performance of all areas inline with the KPIs
  • Able to pinpoint the gap and missing opportunity of suppliers between offline channel and other competitors
  • Conduct brand performance report review with seller
  • Ensure completion of campaign brief and graphic design
  • Manage inventory performance including replenishment plan, stock aging and expiry management
  • Interact with stakeholders of different teams to secure the KPIs performance
  • Work with brand and FP&A to conduct brand budget management and P&L execution including reimbursement to deliver agreed GMV, take rate, and profit
  • Procurement: coordinate with supply chain team to ensure purchase request and inbound planning
  • Shop management (Shopee Seller center): coordinate with the internal team to ensure that price and promotion set-up are delivered within timeline
  • Product review: ensure that customer receives the best treatment from Shopee
  • Chat management: coordinate with internal chat team to ensure customer best experience
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in BBA , Marketing, Quantitative or a relevant field of study
  • 2 years of experience in commercial or ecommerce
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ownership spirit, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
